Size requirements for communal gardens:

• 1 litre/m² of land allocated to the dwelling with a minimum of 200 litres per communal garden.
• Where the communal garden is allocated to more than 6 dwellings, a maximum of 30 litres per dwelling can be applied.
• The allocated land can either be planted (including grass) or left as unplanted soil and can be either split into plots or communally maintained

Pump: Fully waterproof (and submersible) self-priming jet pump capable of pumping water to a height of 41 meters at a rate of 3,100 litres/hour. Provides water at a similar pressure to mains water  through a 1/2 inch hose pipe (4 bar or 59psi), with auto on and off. Pump outlet can also take 3/4 inch or 1 inch hose.

Tank/Pump Connection: via a sturdy metal valve and brass connector providing a simple reliable shot off so the pump can be disconnected for storage.
