Man 3 (Construction Site Impacts) is a software application designed for BUILDING PROFESSIONALS involved in SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION projects, specifically those being assessed against the BREEAM© ™ and Code for Sustainable Homes© ™ (CSH) criteria.

It runs on either the iPhone, the iPad or the much cheaper iPod Touch platform. It provides you with the ability to monitor, record and publish evidence to satisfy two of the procedures listed in the Man 3 (Construction Site Impacts) criteria, to attain 1 credit. The two criteria covered are the monitoring and reporting of electricity/energy and water usage arising from site activities. It also includes an operational procedures document (PDF file) as a written commitment to confirm to your assessor that you will indeed monitor, report and display graphical evidence of site usage monthly.

In-built help pages provide information on certification requirements, including contact details for a licensed assessor organisation that can help answer any technical queries regarding the environmental certification process.
