Aim: To improve the fabric energy efficiency performance thus future-proofing reductions in CO2 for the life of the dwelling.
*1 To determine the applicable performance scale the dwelling type under assessment must be accuratley defined according to the guidance at zero carbon hub
*2 Credits are awarded on a slide scale. The scale is based on increments of 0.1 credits, distrubuted equally between the benchmarks defined in this table.
*3 This is the level being considered for Part L of the building Regulations in 1013 on which a public consultation is expected in late 2011/early 2012.
