Riches Hawley Mikhail Architects Ltd is an RIBA award-winning practice with a growing reputation for imaginative housing design and environmental architecture. Established in 2005, it has won the prestigious Housing Design Awards for the past three years consecutively and has just completed its first major public housing project. The Clay Field scheme for 26 houses in Elmswell, Suffolk for Orwell Housing Association, completed in August 2008 is gaining recognition as an exemplar for both affordable housing and sustainable architecture, it won an RIBA Award 2009 and was mid-listed for the Stirling Prize.

RHM are currently working on a scheme for 100 houses in Norwich, also won in a RIBA competition, and several housing projects for Urban Splash in Manchester and Liverpool. A second project for Orwell Housing Association, also in Elmswell is nearing completion. RHM were finalists for Young Architect of the Year 2007 and are Housing Architects of the Year 2009. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice.
